Imperial Sugar Company,
My memories of Imperial Sugar do not come from actually learning to cook but from a visit to the Imperial Sugar Plant. As a young girl, I visited the facility in Sugar Land. My aunt was a friend of the president, Mr. Louviere. My cousin and I were taken on a personal tour of the facility and it was a highlight of that summer vacation. We are still in contact with Yvonne “Missy” Louviere (the past president’s daughter). She lives in Sugar Land in the very home where we visited her family so many years ago.

I always loved to cook and hope my granddaughters will as well. Whenever I buy Imperial Sugar, it always brings back fond memories.
